Senator William Medford of Waynesville will speak at the ban quet, which is to be held in Mc Kee School cafeteria at 6 p.m. Harrill said that registration will begin at 2 p.m. in the lobby of Hunter Library, and the first gen eral session is scheduled for 2:30 in the gallery. Group discussions will be led by Mrs. Don R Printz of Ashevilie, James T. Fain of Hendersonvilie. and Robert Barnes of Candler. These discussions will cover the legislative program of the NCSBA. and individual responsibility in JOHN SMILEY, son of Mr. and Mrs. John II.
