At the conclusion of sev eral games the hostess presented towels to Mrs. I. C. Burch and Mrs. J. M. Brock for high score at their respective tables. Bowls of spirea mixed with yellow iris and blue ragged 'rob- bins brightened the rooms for the occasion. Circle No. 1 of the Woman's Auxiliary of Grove Presbyterian Church met on Monday afternoon, April 15th at 3:30 o'clock with Mrs. G. V. Gooding. The Circle chairman, Mrs. W .J. Pickett, pre sided over the business session. Mrs. Norwood Boney had charge of the "Bible Hour" which was the first lesson on "The Holy Spirit." At the close of the meeting the hostess served a tempting salad course to the eight ladies' pres ent. Beginning in May the meet ings will be held at 4:00 o'clock. Circle No. 2 was postponed from Monday night to Tuesday night at 7:30 o'clock to suit the convenience of the "business girls." This circle met with Miss Anna Carr, as hos tess, in the home of Mrs. R. V. Wells. Miss Betty Jenkins had charge of the devotional and Mrs. Joe Wallace the program. The bu siness session was presided over by Miss Margaret Williams.
