5 o'clock open house was held at
the local library, celebrating the
30th anniversary. The teas are
sponsored each year by the Wo
mans Club. Mrs. Dan Davis, pres
ident presided at the register. Mrs
N. B. Boney, chairman of the edu
cation department, served punch.
Mrs. Myrtle K. Quinn assisted Miss
Dorothy Wightman in greeting

BRIDGE CLUB
Miss Margaret Williams was hos
tess to her bridge club on Wednes
day alght of last week, with all
members present. After scores were
tallied Mrs. L. F. Weeks won high
score. The hostess served a sweet
course with coffee and nuts during
