Honored at Shower ' Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Albertson recent bridal couple, were feted .' recently when Mr. and Mrs, James 'Albertson and Mr. and Mrs. Roy . Albertson graciously entertained in ' the home of the former hosts with a miscellaneous shower. As the guests arrived conversation groups were formed throughout the receiv ing rooms which held lovely arran gements of yellow and lavender fall flowers. ' The ;' honorees were pre- sented a vast assortment of ' lovely gifts by their host of friends who called, The hostesses served chick en salad on lettuce, crackers, cook ies, cokes and pickles. . The bride is the former Miss Del . ma. Brown, daughter . of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Brown of Chinqua pin- , , ' Mrs., Paul Parker entertained at her home Saturday with a dinner honoring Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Miller of New Bern on their Natal Ann! versaries. The receiving room held arrangements of mixed fall flow ers. The dining table overlaid in a ; white inen cover was centered with a lovely white cake with pink and green decoration and bearing the names of the honorees "Joe and Sudie'". Attending were Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Miller and Vickie of New Bern; Mrs. J. D. Miller and : Mrs. J. M. Quinn of Kinston; Mrs. A. L. Cavenaugh, Mrs. J. W.
