Harper In Rites Ila Marie Kornegay became the bride of Larry Wilson Harper on June 25, in the Alum Springs Bap tist Church, Mount Olive. The Rev. Lauren Sharpe officiated. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert T. Kornegay of Mount Olive. Mr. Harper is the son of Mr. and Mrs. H. R. Harper of Albert--eon. A program of wedding music was presented by Mrs. Eugene Hagar. The bride was given in marriage 1y her father. She wore a gown of nylon laoe and tulle designed and made by her. Her tiered veil of tulle illusion was attached to a cloche of matching lace and she carried a bouquet of white carnations. The bride's mother wore an or chid voile dress and a carnation cor sage. The bridegroom's mother wore a blue dress and a carnation corsage. Mrs. James V. Trotter, sister ol the bride, was matron of honor. She wore a beige pongee dress and car ried a nose gay of pink carnations. Miss Deborah Jean Trotter, neice of the bride, was flower girl. The honorary attendants were Annie Lou Allison of Old Fort and Wilma Yarborough of Sanford. Ambrose Smith, brother - in - law of the bridegroom was best man. Ushers were R. C. Quinn, nephew of the bridegroom, and Douglas Town send of Albertson. Following the ceremony the cou ple received guests in the vestibule of the church. Blizzard. The Rev. Walter L. Goodman of Beulaville officiated and music was presented by Mrs. Louise Mitchell, pianist, and Miss Ruth Cavenaugh soloist and cousin of the bride. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman D. An Interesting discussion among the group on freezing foods and bulletins were given to all members present. Leaders reports were given and announcements were made. The club collect clos ed the meeting. A social hour was enjoyed with the refreshments. Mrs. L. R. Sutton and Mrs. LeRoy Simmons were hotesses with Mrs. R. D. Simmons.
