North Carolina I . nnt and Coastal Plain Coun t e will begin conducting inventor le ot their water problems during i rnM tk Awimm which 1 be ing supervised by the State Board of Water Commissioners, all coun ties in the First, Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Congressional Dis tricts will form committees to be in writ on the , water problems study. The mala function of the county groups will' be to arrange and, conduct meetings for the pur" pose of recording the exact nature of existing and anticipated prob lems. . According to W. H.
