Sanderson, the club's food leader. She gave, a most interesting demonstration on 'Milk in Main Dishes that Satisfy.' She stressed the Importance of milk in the diet. Milk is our most nearly perfect -food. It not only furnishes protein of the highest quality but it is our best source of the mineral, calcium, and the vitamin ribofla vin. It is almost impossible for your body to get the calcium and ribo flavin needed daily without milk. Children need it to build strong bones and teeth.
