William probably holds some kind of distinction due to the fact that he is Chairman of the Board ol Trustees of both Wake Forest Col lege and Appalachian State College. Last summer William was on a trip to the beach with his brother Jim and Robert. They stopped at a restaurant for lunch. When th-.- waitress brought the check, Wil liam told, her to give it to Jim.
