"excess" tobacco will also be in
effect, and price support will bo
available to growers who com
ply with their farm acreage al
lotments. If marketing quotas are not ap
proved in this referendum there
will be no quotas, no acreage al
lotments, no marketing penalties
and no price support on the 1962
crop of lue-cured tobacco. In thai
event, another vote would be helc
next year on quotas for the lol
lowing 3 years.
