He was bom ae Davidson County to George W. and Alice Spry Jordan. He was a member of Coolee mee First Baptist Church. He retired after working wish Br um Mills 50 years. He was married twice, first to Hattie Goodman. who died, and then to Margaret Stilwell. Pm i i'ii tin are his wife; two daughters. Mrs. Paul Hedges of Mocksville, Rt. 4, and lira. Henry Rainey of Salisbury, Rt. 8; three sans, Scott, Ray and Jimmy Jordan of Cocrieemee; three brothers, Dewey and Adam Jordan of Cook mriajc and Baxter Jordan off Salis bury; and a sister, Mrs. Ernest; Tiller off Leaksvdlle. The funeral was at 4 p.m. Sunday at Cooleemee First Baptist Church. Burial was in Rowan Memorial Park. Little strokes are warnings which should be heeded..
