The bride was given in marnage by her lather, and wore a formal gown of white organza designed with a basque waist and a scooped neckline, apfdiqued with lace flowers, and long sleeves. A lace and organ za pill box hat held the bride's fingertip veil of illu sion and she carried a cas cade bouquet of white roses centered with an orchid. Miss Phyllis Kepiey. cou sin of the bride. Miss Cynthia Childers of Albemarle, and Miss Brenda Hensley of Woodleaf were bridesmaids. They wore light blue satin dresses designed with scoop ed necklines, bell-shaped skirts and matching pill box hats with flirtation veils. The maid of honor carried a cascade of bouquet of pink and white roses and the bridesmaids carried long stemmed S>ink roses . Max Grant, uncle of the bridegroom, was best man. Ray Kepiey, brother of the bride, Dale Mcintosh, cousin of the bride, Billy Christie, and Jimmy God bey were ush ers. Mrs. A_ D. cas Carscaddea kept the bridal register. For the wedding trip to the coast of North Carolina and South Carolina the bride wore a blue and white suit and an orchid for her travel.
