He is experienced in all phases of engineering and cost account, ing and for the past 25 years was associated with Erwin Mills, Inc., a division of Bur lington Industries, as plant in dustrial enginer. Mrs. Daniel Passed Amy Mrs Carolyn Smith Daniel, 30, of North Main Street, of Mocksvillt, died Friday night at Baptist. Hoepital, Winston- Salem, of injuries received in a two-car accident Friday. Daughter of Johnny and Virginia Aldrkh Smith of Rt 1, Mocksville, she was a na tive of Davie County, Mr* Daniel wa* a teacher in the Davie County school system. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her bus band, Douglas Daniel, a dau ghter, Tandrea Daniel of the home; a son, Curtis Daniel of the heme. Funeral services were con ducted at S P. M. McKay Is New Pastor Of Local Church MINISTER Rev. Samuel McKay is now Pastor of the Cooleemee Pr e sb y terian Church, holding his first morning worship services on Sunday, August 28. He comes here from Kernersville Pres byterian Church. On August 9, the Reverend and Mrs. McKay and son, Bill moved into the Presbyterian Manse. Bill is a sophomore at Davie County High School. Their son, Samuel, Jr. is a ntaff photographer with a Nor folk newspaper and their daughter, Mary, does secre tarial work in Norfolk. The Kiblinger boy, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Lee Kiblinger of Cooleemee, died Saturday of injuries receive# in an auto accident on U. 9. 29 at Kannapolis. Six bther persons were hurt in the wreck.
