At Wake Forest

third annual summer confer
ence for ministers will be held
July 24-28 on the Wake Forest
University campus.
The conference provides a
week of study, worship and
fellowship, with emphasis on
a preaching workshop and lec
ture in fields related to the
needs and opportunities of
the church today.
L. L. Hollingsworth, college

director. The program is of
fered as part of the college's
summer school program with
cooperation of the chaplain's

ter, Mary Kirk, of Charlotte, N. C. to Mr. I. Mann
ing Huske, also of Charlotte, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Isaac H. Huske of Cooleemee, N. C.
The ceremony was performed on April 21.
Mrs. Huske attended Peace College, Raleigh, N. C.
and the Pan-American School, Richmond, Va. She
was a member of the Spinster's Club of Charlotte,
N. C. and is employed by Eastern Air Lines, Inc.
Mr. Huske was graduated from the University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill, was a member of Chi
Phi fraternity, and is associated with the Hartford
Insurance Group in Charlotte.
Mr. and Mrs. Huske will be at home at 1914
Starbrook Drive, Charlotte, North Carolina after
June 1.

two summers have attracted
35 to 40 persons.
Those attending pay a small
registration fee and provide
their own meals. Hie uni
versity will provide rooms,
library and recreation facili

message concerning pentecost

Church of God, will deliver
the Morning Message at the
11:00 A. M. service. Sister
Edith Carter will be in
charge of the Choir singing.
