Well that's true for Mrs. Joan Russell of Rocky Knoll who was born on February 29. and Leap Year only comes every four years. Although bom in 1940. Mrs. Russell says she only celebrates her birthday when February has 29 days. It isn't so bad fat her husband who only has to buy a gift every- four years. She will consider March 1, as the day to become a year older, but it really isn't her birthday. "Oh well, says Mrs Russell, "Maybe 111 stay younger long er." Late in February a neighbor will call at your home to distribute heart-saving information and to receive your Heart Fund contribution. Give generously!
