LOOK FACTS! L Burlington's new operation will employ ap proximately SO people. (They feel about 99 percent sure this operation will remain small.) 2. After six months time services other than recreation will be re-evaluated. (The small size of the new operation will not permit Burlington to continue these services in the future.) _ 3. After this year Burlington feels no obligation to continue the recreation facilities. They will GIVE the entire recreation facilities to the new town government; 4. Burlington will PRE-PAY one years taxes to get the town going independently. Also they will GIVE us the town's water distribution system AND will guarantee water and sewer service for another industry locating in Cooleemee by selling it to the town, for resale, IF we become incorporated.
