Section 1. Pursuant to the
provisions of The Municipal
Finance Act (Chapter 138 of the
Public I/jws Qf 1917, of North
Carolina, as amended), negoti
able bonds of the Town of Farm
ville are hereby authorized to be
issued in an aggregate principal
amount not exceeding $215,000
for the purpose of paying for
the local improvements as above
