A color scheme of pink and green were beautifully carried out in the decoration^ and also in the (dinner wjudt included a wonderful birthdaj cake with the candles, to forecast i long and happy life. Just as the can dles were lighted Miss Owens wai ushered in the dinning hall, f ollowe< -- by her sisters. A most enjoyable tin* was spent by all. The home was attractively decorated with spring flowers, pink sweetpeS? ferns and pink wes. Pink and green being the color scheme; . Six tables were arranged for bridge, [each bearing fluted pink and green mints and tally cuds iri shapes of spring flowers.' After several pro gressions, Mrs. Satterfield served ice . cream, frozen in flower shapes, lillies, ryses and baskets of strawberries, in dividual pink iced cakes with floral design on each with pink baskets filled with salted almonds on each plate. Following this course after dinger coffee, cheese and nut cakes were served.'' '--'r I - The high score table prizes-were at tractive pottery vases, filled with pink rose buds and used as table decora tions during the refreshment period.
