The theory of censorship is that a few people have more sense than any body else. Budget or no budget, every woman ikes an unexpected bit of money oc asiomally. There are people who just can't withstand the new paint on the new automobiles. Wisdom is the art of balancing the ong range viewpoint against-the short ange advantage. No advertising works miracles, even that published in The Enterprise, but it is a paying investment. Husbands who think they can run a home better than their wives should swap jobs nWth their wives. If we have to choose between gov ernment regulation and monopoly reg ulation, we prefer thq former.
