It is our opin ion that purchasers who wish to retain automobiles for their own use will, without hesitation, sign this agreement in order to do their part in helping to combat the exorbitant "Black Market" prices. If this agreement is broken during the period stipulated, we will bring suit against the purchaser. Any funds derived from a suit, after deducting legal costs, will be contributed to a North Carolina orphanage. KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that in consideration of the sum of one ($1.00) Dollar to me in hand paid by R. A. PARKER MOTOR CO., Inc., the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and in further consideration of the said R. A. PARKER MOTOR CO., Lie-, hav ing this day sold and delivered to me one 194 Pontiac, bearing Motor No. 1 Serial No. I do hereby contract and agree with said Company that if I desire to sell and dispose of said auto mobile at any time within a period of six months from this date I will offer same for sale to the above Company at the price then fixed and established for such automobile by the Official Used Car Guide, provided and upon the condition nevertheless that the said Company pay to me in cash the list price for said automobile as shown by the Official Used Oar Guide, less any liens and encumbrances that may he against the same. If said automobile is offered for sale under this agreement said R. A. PAR KER MOTOR CO., Inc., may purchase the same at its option, and if it fails to exercise said option of purchase for a period of twenty-four hours, or if said automobile is not offered for sale within the period of six months, said Company by the execution of this agreement agrees that it will enter a notation upon this instrument "cancelled, satisfied, and of no effect" For the faithful performance of this agreement and every part there of the same is executed this the day of 194 Witness: R.
