Board of Education, will offer for
sale for cash to the highest bidder
t 12 o'clock, noon, on the eighth
(8th) duy of June. 1943, what is
known as the old Aberdeen Chapel
school site located about 3 miles
South of Raeford, In Hoke County,
described as follows:
Beginning in the Aberdeen Chapel
lot at a slake and runs with line of
said lot S 9 degrees W 404 feet to a
ike in dividing line between Chis
lin and Livingstone estates; thence
6rth 1 degree E 415 feet tn an iron
stake on n ditch; thence N 78 1-2 de
grees to the beginning, containing
one acre, more or less.
Also another 1 t adjacent to the
above, beginning at a si. ike in divid
ing line between Chishnlm and Liv
ingstone, about S yards from a large
hickory with pointers, and runs S 73
degrees E 228 feet to a stake; thence
N 1 degree E 262 feet to a stake;
thenca S 78 1-2 degrees W 117 feet
to a stake; thence S 9 degrees E 244
feet to the beginning, containing one

Whereas, the undersigned W. O.
McGibony has bees duly substituted
as the Trustee therein under the
provisions thereof by a certain
agreement of Substitution of Trustee
dated March 11, 1943, and duly re
corded in the Public Registry of
HoUe County in Book 82, Page 375,
reference to which is made; and
Whereas, The Federal Land Bank
of Columbia is now the owner and
holder of the notes secured by said
deed of trust; and
Whereas, default has been made
in the payment of the indebtedness
secured by said deed of trust as there
in provided, and the undersigned
Substituted Trustee has been request
ed by the Federal Land Bank of Co
lumbia. Assignee of the Virqinia
Carolina Joint Stock Land Tank, the
