Farmer's Income Tax Due Dec. 15 Making f:irm inccme tax returns for K13 is one of the important Jobs to face North Carolina growers next month, says Pr. I. O. Sehaub. director of the State College Extension Ser vice. He point. out that the farmer is re quired to tile a declaration v ith the U. S. Colin-tor of Internal Revenue as to hi 1943 income and ray the esti mated tax on this income on orbefore December 15 To assist farmers in' making out these returns, the Extension Service has issued a special publication. War Series Bulletin No. 27, entitled "Mak ing Farm Returns". Growers can get copies at the county agent's office or by writing the Agricultural Editor. State College, Raleigh. Application blanks for filing the de claration may also be obtained at the office of the county agent. Deputy Collectors will visit each county before December 15 and these men will assist farmers in completing their declarations.
