All Antioch school’s 7.7 acre site will be auctioned for cash to the highest bidder October 4, 1950 at 10 o’clock A. M. on the premises; first in about 12 sub divisions, and then reauctioned immediately as a whole to the highest bidder for cash. See Deed Book 14, page 108 of Hoke regis try for description. 2. The Town of Raeford Main Street school lot 25 by 150 feet, across from the courthouse, will be auctioned to the highest bidder for cash October 4, 1950 at 4 o’ clock, P. M. See Book of Deeds 57 at page 90 of said registry. 3. The Evergreen school site will be auctioned to the highest bidder for cash October 5, 1950 at 10 o’clock A. M. on the prem ises. See Deed Book 57 at page 137 of said registry. 4. The Rosindale school site has a building on it which will be auctioned to the highest bidder for cash October 5, 1950 at 12 o’ clock, noon, on the premises. The deed for this is in Book 29 at page 276. The land will not be offered for sale. 5.
