Twenty members of the Army
Special Forces Seventh Group
played hosts Monday morning to
37 children at South Hoke Day
Care Center, with the help of
members of the center's staff.
These pictures tell the story.
The hosts, all from Ft. Bragg,
had toys for all the children and
refreshments for everybody. Santa
Claus gave the youngsters their
presents.
The children from age 5 weeks
to 2 years were given their presents
in their nursery, and the older
children, 2 to 5, were given theirs
in another room of the center.
Mrs. Pearlie Brooks, director of
the center, and Mary Bullard,
asked for the visit, and Capt.
Michael Burke, the project officer
for the Seventh, headed the visi
tors. Dolores Bullard. a teacher's
aide, was in charge of the nursery.

refreshments were paid from dona
tion given by members of the
Seventh.
