Hoke IMPORTANT: ACREAGE REPORTS It is extremely important that local farmers report all crops planted on their farms by June 14. It is also important that all farmers file acreage reports, regardless of whether the farm is participating or not and whether there is an acreage of the program crop planted or not. Those acreage reports filed by non-participating farmers will be an important factor in determining 1983 acreage bases. Please visit the ASC Office and report your acreages as soon as possible after planting. Accuracy in reporting program and marketing quota crops is important to help insure full program benefits and price support. TOXAPHENE. DDT. TDE. ENDRIN Tobacco producers are reminded that the use of toxaphene. DDT, TDE or endrin on flue-cured tobacco will cause the farm to be ineligible for price support. The producer must certify concerning the use of toxaphene, DDT. TDE and endrin before receiving a marketing card. {? ^Hfcldom samples will be drawn at warehouses for analysis purpose to determine levels of their chemi cals.
