Grove Street location for central vehicle
maintenance and storage and the Fast mass
transit system.

23 days spent in confinement prior

Center or a psychiatrist of his own
choosing, follow guidance of psy
chologist in regard to treatment,

with a deadly weapon, found not
guilty.
Charles Price, 412 S. Magnolia
St., Raeford, larceny of an auto
mobile, two years, but to serve six
months with the remainder of the
sentence suspended and the de
fendant placed on probation for
two years on conditions the de
fendant follow direction of the
probation officer with respect to
mental-health treatment and
counseling, attend counseling on
drug abuse if the probation officer
so directs, continue to take his
prescribed medication, contact,
with the probation officer's as
sistance, the Southeastern Voca
tional Rehabilitation Center, and
cooperate with the assigned social
worker: the defendant be credited,
against the suspended portion of
the term, with 97 days spent in jail
before trial.
