BuUard recently com pleted a milestone In her career with Burlington Industries Raeford Plant by accomplishing 25 yean continuous service. She began work at the local facility as a Winder Tender In the Winding Department. Since that time she has had several promotions and presently works as a Swatch Checker-Complex in the Cloth Room Department. In recognition of her loyal ser vice, she was presented a dia mond pin, 25 year certificate and gift by Plant Management. . . . Front Burner (Continued from page 2B) Topping a 8 oz. pkg. cream cheesr (soften ed) 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring Yi cup sour cream Vi cup sugar Yi cup chopped nuts Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add crushed pineapple (do not drain) and cherry pie filling. Mix well. Pour in 2 quart casserole dish and refrigerate until congealed (2 hours or overnight). To prepare topping; Cream together softened cream cheese and sour cream. Blend in sugar and vanilla. Spread on top of congealed mixture. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves 8. SCARLET CHICKEN 1 tablespoon butter, melted 1 medium green bell pepper, diced 1 cup sour cream 1 10 V* oz. can cream of chicken soup 1 8 oz. pkg. egg noodles, cooked 1 medium onion, chopped 2 3 oz. cans mushrooms drained 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated 2 14 Vi oz. cans tomatoes, drained 2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed Satue in butter the onions, pep pers and mushrooms. Place in mix ing bowl. Stir together the sour cream, 1 cup of cheese and soup. Add to the mixture above along with the tomatoes, chicken, and noodles. Pour into casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese (1 cup). Bake at 350? F. for 45 minutes. Serves 6-8. On job 25 years Martha K. Cox recently com pleted 25 years of continuous service at the Raeford Plant of Burlington Industries. She began her employment with the company in the Preparation Department as a Quiller Tender. She presently works as a Warp Changer Draw-in Repairer in the Weave Depart ment. In recognition of her loyal service, she was presented a diamond pin, 25 years cer tificate and gift by Plant Management. Trainee Thomas (Tom) C.
