McLauchlin P.T.A. sponsored OPEN HOUSE on Tuesday, October 16. Parents and friends were in spired by entertainment furnished by the McLauchlin Chorus. Plaques of recognition were presented by the school to Irma Hedgpeth for her contributions to the school and to Joyce Edwards, the J.W. McLauchlin "Teacher of the Year." The faculty was presented a "welcome back gift" from the P.T.A. Over 200 friends and parents visited the classrooms, met the teachers and enjoyed refreshments. The J.W.
