Gem Alien Locklcar, was scniractd to two years in prison after his DWI conviction, records from the Clerk of Courts office say. Locklcar was arrested on the third DWI offense on October 20 according to records. At the time of his arrest, the 3 8- year -old man was also with driving while his license was revoked, speeding 109 in a 35 zone speeding more than 15 miles per hour over the limit and failure to stop for a blue light and siren. Locklcar also ran from the ar resting officer, records say. A Fayetteville man was also *J"o**d to a prison term for DWI and driving while his license was revoked. James Otis Owens, 30, was given a one year unsuspended prison term after being convicted of the November 8 infract ure, records say. A Dobson man was given a totaJ of si* years on supervised proba tion after being convicted of DWI and driving with a revoked license records say. Allen Dale Fowler Sr. 44, was sentenced one year suspended for three years special supervised pro bation on the DWI offense and two years suspended for three years supervised probation on the revoked license offense, records say. For all the offenses except DWI Bullard was sentenced to no les^ than 12 but no more than 18 months suspended for two years of supervised probation, records say The 19-y?ar-old man was sentenced to six months suspended for two years of unsupervised pro bation on the DWI charge. Bullard was fined a total of $800 for the October 20 charges, records say. Simeon Wright Adams, of Launnburg, received a 90day sentence suspended for one year supervised probation after being convicted of two charges stemming from a November 30 arrest records say. Adams was charged with DWI and carrying liquor in his car, ac cording to records. The 55-year-old man was also fined $200, records say. Adams was also charged with failure to stop at the scene of an accident. He was convicted of the charge and sentenced to six months in jail probation, wfonfa My. Dannie DnPree, of Raeford, who was charged with DWI on November 11, was given a six month suspended sentence and fined $230, records say. The 50-year-old man was given three years unsupervised proba tion, records say. Mary Richardson Ford, of Laurd Hill, was given one year of unsupervised probation and fined SI 00 after being convicted of DWI and aiding another to drive while impaired, records say. Ford, 37, was arrested on August IS, according to records. Wayne Leroy Johnson, of Fayctteville, was fined $123 and given one year unsupervised pro bation after being convicted of a November 17 DWI offense, records say. Johnson, 29, was also charged with having no driver's license, records say. James Junior Maynor, of Shan non, received a 120 day sentence suspended for one year unsupervis ed probation after being convicted of DWI and running a stop sign, records ay. The 20-year-old man was fined S200 and ordered to perform 72 hours of community service, records say. De Larry McLean, of Raeford, who was charged on December 9 with DWI and having a wreck causing damage to another's pro perty, was sentenced to 90 days suspended for one year unsupervis ed probation and fined S200, records say. Carlos F. Ramos Perez, driving on a foreign license, was sentenced to 60 days suspended for one year unsupervised probation and fined $100 after being arrested on November 18, records say. Perez, 23, was charged with DWI, according to records. Alexander McNair Legget, 40, of Fayctteville, was given two yean supervised probation and fined $500 after being convicted of charges stemming from a September arrest, records say. According to records, Legget was charged with failing to stop for a blue light and siren, passing on a curve, reckless driving, 90 in a 55 and speeding 15 miles over the limit on September 19, records say. In other court action, Barbara Locklear, of Red Springs, was given unsupervised probation and forced to pay $46.75 in restitution after being charged with writing a bad check to Pepsi Cola, records say. Phillip Stewart, of Rowland, was arrested on September 8 driv ing while his license was revoked, according to records. Lisa Gaye Poe. of Raeford, received three years on supervised probation after being convicted of stealing "less than $400" from Donald L. Poe, according to records. A 16-year-old girl was placed on supervised probation for two years after being convicted of breaking and entering. Frances Thompson, of Lake view, was arrested on November 26 after apparently breaking into the home of Abner Lee Strother, records say. A 34-year-old Haeford man. Donald Dean Quiring, of Red Springs, was sentenced to 90 days in jail with no suspension after be ing convicted of possession of marijuana, breaking into and entering a car. and possession of drug paraphernalia, records say. A warrant was issued for the 3S-ycar-old man on December 28. records say. Henry Jacobs, 31. of Shannon, was sentenced to six months suspended for two years unsuper vised probation, fined $75 and forced to pay S69 in restitution after being convicted of assault, records say. According to records, Jacobs hit Annette Maynor in the bead and body, causing bruises. Jacobs was arrested on a war rant on the last day of 1984. Ronald McNdB Huffman, of Raeford, wax fined $75 for posses sion of marijuana, records ny. Huffman. It. was arrested on September 19. records say. A Raeford man, arrested tn Oc tober and charged with three traf fic violations, resisting arrest and failure to appear in court, received an lft-month sentence in Hoke County District Court in earlier court action. Ronald Clarence Morriscy, 24. was stopped for speeding 46 in a 35 mile per hour zone, according to court records. It was then discovered that Mor riscy had do registration on his car and that his license was suspended. Morriscy was also charged with failure to appear for his court date and resisting arrest, records say. In other court action, a Red Springs man received a six-month jaQ sentence for displaying a fic titious driver's license. Neil Allen Buie was arrested on October 31, records say. Buie is 2*, according to records. A Raeford woman, Creola Wig gins, was given a six month impended salience and fined $75 after being convicted of stealing $100 from Willie Monroe. Wiggins was arrested on Christmas day, records say. There were two convictions or driving while impaired (DWI) in court last week. John D. Gilmore, of Rex, was given a 90-day suspended sentence and placed on unsupervised proba tion for one year after being con victed on the September 1 viola tion, records say. Gilmore, 31, was also charged with consuming an alcoholic beverage, records say. Along with the probation, Gilmore was fined $150, say records. David Home was also convicted of DWI. Charged on September 1, Home was given a 60-day suspended sentence and fined $100, records say.
