New officers installed The 1995 4- H County Council Officers were install ed mt the County Council meeting on March 28. The new officers were installed by past-president Mindy Riley . The officers are left to right - Leah Hendrix -President; Leslie Ashburn - Reporter; Mindy Riley -Past President; and Melissa Pratt - Secretary. Not pictured is Patrick Miller - Vice President. Four-H'ers were reminded of the Public Speaking Contest on April 23 and the Talent Show on May 14.
