Moore, McRae sign grants to attend Louisburg College Louisburg College Coach Enid Drake has signed Bruce Moore and Tony McRae to grants-in-aid to play basketball for the Hurricanes. Both players stand 6*5" and Moore is a guard while McRae is an inside player. Both players played for Coach Greg Killingsworth and helped the Hoke County Bucks to a 14-9 season last year. Coach Kill ingsworth feels that "Tony could develop into a "blue chipper" by the time he leaves Louisburg. He could become a major college player." McRae was all conference two years in succession as he led Hoke in scoring and rebounding. Last year he scored 19.9 per game, shooting 54% from the floor and 7r% from TTTC foal Tine while hauling in 12.2 rebounds per CUSTOMER SERVICE Dundarrach, N.C. Operating primarily from a guard position he shot 55% from the floor and 72.5% from the line. He grabbed six rebounds per game. Coach Killingsworth feels that "Bruce is a sleeper. He is only going to get better because he has good work habits as well as a win ning attitude." Commenting on the two Hoke athletes Coach Drake said "Bruce Moore comes to us with the possibility of becoming an ex cellent college guard. He has pro-, gressed a long way with just on? year of varsity experience. He wilt help our perimeter game with his; height and I feel that he will be able to help us at the point guard position." The veteran coach feels that "Tony McRae has excellent quickness and is a strong inside player. He can score and rebound as evidenced by his status at Hoke County. 1 think he can help us^at either the small forward or power forward positions. He had good strength, a good shooting touch, and is an excellent leaper." S10-BLAZER $13,77794* ? Auto. /Trans. ? W/Overdrlve ? Floor Mats ? 2.8 Liter V6 ? A/C ? Delay Wipers ? Reer Window Detogger ?
