Horace McKoy and wife, Helen
M. McKoy, to James O.
Buchanan, Trustee, dated the 8th
day of June, 1971, and recorded in

County, North Carolina, default
having been made in the payment
of the indebtedness thereby
secured and failure to carry out or
perform the stipulations and
agreements therein contained, and
the holder of the indebtedness
thereby secured having demanded
a foreclosure thereof for the pur

debtedness, and the Clerk of Court
granting permission for the

NOTICE TO BIDDERS.
1. Sealed proposals will be
received by the City of Raeford,
North Carolina at the Office of the
City Clerk, City Hall, until two
O'clock (2:00) p.m. on Monday,
tfce 24th day of June, 1985 for the
improvement of certain streets.
The work contemplated will be
surfacing with Plant Mix Asphalt
various streets.
