an order of first re-sale entered in
this matter on August 26, 1985, the

The above described property
will be sold subject to unpaid
county and city ad valorem taxes,
including those for the year 198S,
and also city assessment, if any,
and to the right of redemption of
the Internal Revenue Service.
The highest bidder at the sale
will be required to make a cash
deposit of ten percent (10ft) at the
first $1,000 and five percent (5ft)
of the balance of the bid when
knocked down to him and the
balance upon confirmation of the
sale. The beginning bid will be
$1,100.00.
The sale will be reported to the
court and will remain open for ad
vance or upset bids for a period of
ten (10) days. If no advance or
upset bids are filed with the Clerk
