Cohan's " Star Spangled Spectacular, " Selections from Cats, and Selections from Carousel. The orchestra will also perform Handel's " The Entrance of the Queen of Sheba" from Solomon, J.C. Bach's Sinfonia in E Major for Double Or chestra, and Kabalevsky's The Comedians. In Weeks To Come Announcements JAYCEES ELDERLY PROGRAM -- The Raeford Jaycees, in cooperation with the Raeford Post Office, will soon begin a program to aid Hoke County elderly and handicapped citizens who live alone. Carrier Alert is a program designed to recognize when elderly and disabled persons are in medical need, and to get help to them. Any interested elderly or disabled person who lives alone and is a Hoke County resident should call Billy Norton at 875-2138, Eddie Ramsey at 875-5396 or David Tew at 875-3859, for details. Nov. 7 BETHEL INGATHERING -- The annual ingathering will be held at Bethel Presbyterian Church on Nov. 7 from 1 1 a.m. to 2 p.m. Barbecue pork and chicken salad plates will be sold for $4. WRITERS FORUM ? Helen Masson Copeland, well-known Charlotte writer, will be the featured speaker Thursday, Nov. 7 at the Writers Forum. Writers Forum is a student activity of St. An drews Presbyterian College. The forum offers weekly readings by leading North Carolina writers. The public is welcome. MEMORY LOSS ? All persons interested in Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders are in vited to the Family Support Group meeting Thursday, Nov. 7 at 7:30 p.m. at the Robeson County Mental Health Center on route 71 1, west of Lumberton. Atha Staton, Assistant Director, Robeson County Department of Social Services, will lead the program outlining Chore and other services which might be available, and answer questions. Nov. 7-9 HOLLY DAY FAIR -- The Junior League of Fayetteville, celebrating its 25th anniversary, will hold the 19th annual Holly Day Fair on Nov. 7, 8 and 9 at the Cumberland County Memorial Arena on Highway 301 South. The show hours will be: 6-10 p.m., Thursday, November 7; 10 a.m. -10 p.m., Friday, November 8; and 10 a.m. -6 p.m., Saturday , November 9. Tickets, available at the door and in advance at the arena, are $1.75 for adults with children under six admitted free. Holly Day Fair is the largest Christmas gift and craft show in eastern North Carolina. HOLLY DAY FAIR -- The annual Holly Day Fair will be held at the Cumberland County Arena Nov. 7, 8 and 9. On Saturday, Nov. 9, the University of North Carolina at Greensboro Wind Ensemble, under the direction of Dr. John Locke, will be in concert at the Scott Concert Hall on the campus of Campbell University.
