At Ft. Bragg Sp4 WUtmrn E. Myatt Jr., son of SFC (retired) and Mrs. Wilburn E. Myatt Sr. of NashvUk, Tennessee, has been stationed at Fort Bragg. He is the grandson of Mrs. O.C. Sanders and the late O.C. Sanders of Harford. Pate completes basic training Navy Seaman Recruit William E. Pate, son of Bonnie Pate of Raeford, has completed recruit training at Recruit Training Com mand, Great Lakes, Uinois. During Pate's eight-week train ing cycle, he studied general military subjects designed to prepae him for further academic and on-the-job training in one of the Navy's 85 basic fields. Pate's studies included seaman ship, close order drill, Naval history and first aid. Personnel who complete this course of instruction are eligible for three hours of college credit in Physical Education and Hygiene. Smith reports for Marine duty Marine Lance Cpl. Jeff C. Smith, son of Patricia Blue of Lumber Bridge, recently reported for duty with 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, Marine Corps Air Station, Futenma, on Okinawa. These refund checks were mailed by the Internal Revenue Service but returned as undelivered. The checks total S659.509. The largest is $9,000 the smallest, $1. Taxpayers who have an unclaim ed refund check should call the IRS at 1-900-424-1040, any day Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. When calling to claim a refund persons should give their name and address as shown on the return, social security number, and the ap proximate amount of the refund.
