That an election be held in the 'ity of Durham on Tuesday, March !6, 1915 tor the purpose of ascertain ing the will of the voters relative to adopting a new Charter for the City :f Durham, as provided for in an act oassed by the General Assembly, ses 5ion of 1915. . That all ballots shall ba printed m- white paper and shall be of . the same size, without device, mutilation or ornamentation. That the size of aid ballots shall be one and one-half (1)' inches by three (3) inciies, That there shall be printed or writ en on said ballots "For New Charter, which ..ballot shall be cast by those avoring the adoption of the new harter for said city, and those op posed to adopting the new charter shall cast a ballet of same size, printed or written thereon "Against New Charter." That the City Clerk is hereby au horized and directed to furnish a suf ficient number of said ballots and lave same at the various voting pre incts on said day of election, for the use of the voters of the City of Dur- liam. 3.
