very forceful sermon from the
Baptist pulpit Sunday evening.
There will be a community
Easter service at the Methodist
church next Sunday evening.
Miss Kathryn Polger spent
Sunday here with her parents.
She is on the social security staff
in Rockingham county, with
headquarters at Reidsville.

after spending a few weeks with
relatives in and near Dobson.
Mrs. Stanley did right much in
modern repairing on her dwelling
in Dobson. Roofing, painting,
papering and putting In bath
rooms and other conveniences,
and it is now ready for rent, and
will be occupied soon by Mr.
Trevathan and family. Mr. Trev
athan is chief manager of the
CCC camp near Dobson.

count of the illness of her mother
