T. and James Martin of Fort Bragg visited relatives here for a few days the latter part of last week. School closed here on Wednes day for the Thanksgiving vaca tion. All members of the school faculty spent the remainder of the week at their respective homes and visiting friends and relatives. Rev. and Mrs. Dwight B. Mullis of Jonesville visited Mrs. A. C. Hendrix and her mother, Mrs. N. J. Blackwood, Sr., Thursday after noon of last week. And they were the supper guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Bell Thursday evening. Mrs. J. H. Burchette and son, Jimmy, spent a few days in Maid en the latter part of last week visiting friends and relatives. A "Tom Thumb Wedding" will be presented at the Ronda school gymnasium on Wednesday even ing, December 11. The cast in cludes members of the primary grades. The wedding promises to be very interesting and well worth the small admission charged. The public is invited to attend. ZEPHYR Rev. J. W. Parker, pastor of the Methodist church here, an nounced Sunday that there would be preaching services held at the church each third Sunday night.
