ORDINANCE.
Be it ordained by the Board of Al
dermen of the Town of Hazelwoo 1,
North Carolina:
Section 1. That the negotiable
coupon bonds of the Town of Hazel
wood, North Carolina, be issued in
the maximum orimtipal amount of
$10,000 to be known as Water Bonds
for the purpose of extending the
water svstem in and for the said
town.
Section 2. That a tax sufficient to
pay the principal of the said bonds I
and the interest thereon, shall he an-1
nuaily levied and collected.
Section :!. That a Statement of
Indebtedness of the said municipality
has been tiled with the Clerk pursu
ant to the Municipal Finance Act
and is onen to public inspection.
Se.'iion I. That this Ordinance shall
take effect thirty days after its first
pui ii. ation. unless n the meantime
a p. til ion for its submission to the
votirs i filed under the Municipal
Finance Act, and that in such event,
it shall take effect when approved by
the voteis of the Munie;pality at an
election as provided in said Act
The foregoing Ordinance was pass-
led on the 27th dav of April, 1:12:".,

day of April, l'.2". Any action or
i proceeding questioning the validity
of said Ordinance must be commenced
