Mrs. Hunter Meuse of Atlantna, who has been the gue.st of Mis.s Adora Smathers, returned to her home on Thursday. H. G. Stone has leased hi.s Ashe ville office, formerly occupiefl by West ern North Carolina Inc., to 'Coral Galile Development Co. of Miami, Fla. Mrs. Chapin and two children of Birmingham, Ala. are the guests of the former's parents, Mr and Mrs. James R Boyd. Miss Louise Berry, who has been the efficient principal of the Waynes ville elementary school for the past year, returned Sunday to her home in Durham. Among those who left last week for summer school at Cullowhee were the Misses Lillian and Miinnie Bur gin, Anna Dee Kirpatrick and Mary Ruby Davis. Mrs. Robert T. Wyche and children, Robert, Jr. and little Ruth of Waco, Texas, are visiting Mrs. E. T. Wyche. Mr. Wvche wiH join his family later in the summer. On Friday Mr. Emest L. Wither leaves for Cleveland, where he goes as a delegate from the local organi. zation to attend the international can vention of Rotarians.
