Cornwell, which occured Tuesday night. The funeral will take place today and the interment' will be made at Sandy Plains. Mr. Cornwell has been sick several months, suffering from con sumption which was contracted from a cold. Six months ago Mr. Cornwell was the picture of health and no one would have : imagined that in so short a time he would be placed in bis final resting place.
