The session was most enthusias tic and harmonious. ?-" The reports showed up that the cooperation of the people all along the line is far more vigor ous tnan was anticipated. 1 1 is now believed - by some of the promoters that it is possible to build,- equip ; and operate this road by the people in Henderson, Pplk and Spartanburg counties, and- Chimney Rock township in Rutherford county, without any outside, aid, and thus make it purely a home enterprise.
