Circle No. 1 met in the home of
Mrs. Robert West Monday evening
with Mrs. E. H. Garner S* co-hos
tess. Upon arrival of the twelve
members a delicious turkey dinner
was served. The West home was
beautifully decorated with t h e
Christmas corsage. At the conclu
sion of the meeting, the members
exchanged Christmas gifts.
Circle No. 2 met in the home of
Mrs. Ted Wilson with ten members
present Monday evening. Mrs. Her
bert West gave the Christmas de
votion followed by the business
meeting. The hostess served pimen
to cheese sandwiches, fruit cake
topped with whipped cream and
Coffee. Favors of Christmas bells
were presetted to each member by
the hostess.

byterian Church met last week in
the following respective homes.
Circle No. 1 met Monday after
noon with Mrs. Herbert Best as
hostess. Mrs. L. B. Huie, Chairman,
presided with Mrs. W. J. Middleton,
Sr. presenting the Bible Study.
During the business meeting, the
group decided that each member
would serve as a Pollyanna to var
ious people confined to their homes
during the holiday season.

on 'Duties as Citizens in the King
dom of God". During the business
meeting, plans were made to bring
cheer to those confined to their
homes during the Christmas season.
Mrs. Jenkins served ham and
sausage biscuits, cinnamon buns,
and coffee. The meeting was well
attended with 11 members present.
Circle No. 3 met Tuesday night
of last week with Mrs. James H
Hines with Mrs. V. A. Stancil,
Chairman, presiding and Mrs. Jack
Weatherly presenting the Bible
Study.
There were 9 metnbers present,
and Mrs. Hines served date bread
and spiced tea.
Circle No. 4 met with the Bowden
Sisters Monday night of last week.
