ing. Tin meeting was called to
order by the president, Kan
Smith, joe Exam led In prayer.
Minutes were read and ap
proved and the business was had
with a report from the pulp
wood that was sold which
amounted to $118. An offering
was taken of $3.08.
Plana were made for the
Christmas party. Rev. Hans ley
read scripture about the btrm
of Christ and gave an Inspiring
talk. Milton Kennedy Is to have
the devotions at the next meet
ing. "Walking with Jesus" and
"Joy to the World" was sung
and ion Smth said the bene
diction.

The Men's Fellowship club
of Sandy Plain Free will Bap
tist Church met for its regular
meeting Saturday night at die
church.
The meeting was opened by
singing "Leaning on the Ever
lasting Arms." Rev. Hansley
led in prayer. After the bust
ness was finished the meeting
was turned over to Rev. Hans
lay for devotional. The study
was a continuation of the third
chapter of St. John.
Tne men were invited to have
their next meeting with Mr.
Olale Sanderson of BeulavUle.
December 17th. Everyone is
Invited to attend. The men In
vited their wives to their meet
ing on Saturday night to enjoy
_a social hour. Cake, ice cream
and coffee was served and all
enjoyed the fellowship.

light ceremony was held in

Ablngton, Pennsylvania.
The bride wore a gown in
spired by the Medieval Period
of English Bobbinette with Rose
Bud Motif and Cham illy Galoon
lace. Her veil was of white
silk maline, elbow to fingertip
and crowned by a ruff of lace
with clipped dimensional flo
wers whose stamens and pistils
were crystal bugle beads and
lrridescent paillettes. Her bou

of Swiss brocade. Mrs. Good
son wore a long pale rose crepe
with beaded bodice.
A reception and dinner was
held after the ceremony at Hun
tingdon Valley Country Club,
Abuigton, Pennsylvania.
The couple left after the
ceremony for a wedding trip to
Ocho Rlos, J am acta. After their
trip they will reside in Staten
island. New York.
The bride attended school at
Ablngton Friends School In Jen
kin Town, Pennsylvania; Cen
tenary College for Women In
Hackettstown, New Jersey; and
the University of North Caro
lina at Chapel Hill.
Mr. Goodson attended Duke
University and Duke Law
School. He Is now a lawyer.
