are so high that some beef graded "Choice"
just isn't good enough to be labeled "SUPER-RIGHT."
This one "high quality" policy for all stores applies to all the meats we sell.
It is true, that where customer demand calls for it,
you will find thicker steaks, double lamb chops, etc.,
