He was the son of the late Mrs. Ro bert G. Maxwell of Outlaw's Bridge, and was 84. He half seen in the furniture business for many years. Survivors are: his wife, Annie Rhodes Jones, four children, fourteen grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Two sisters, Mrs. Ben Frank Outlaw of Al aertson, and Miss Myra Max veil of Wilson.
