ansfer of allotment by sale or
lease out-of-county shall be au
thorized for 1970. The refer
endum will be conducted by mail
during the period May 5 through
May 9. 1969. Ballots will be
mailed to all known eligible vot
ers on May 2, 1969. If you
are a cotton producer and do
not receive a ballot, you may
obtain one from the county off
ice. If you are unsure of your
eligibility to vote in the
referendum. Information Is av
ailable in the county office.

Requests are currently being
accepted from producers to
leave oats and/or rye standing
on diverted acreage for the
purpose of natural reseeding.
An administrative fee of 15.00
per farm must also be paid
for an inspection after the dis
position date. If permission has
not been granted to leave oats
and/or rye on the land,
they must be destroyed no later
than May 31, 1969.
