Mrs. Judge Is employed as Director of Nurses with the
DupUq County Board of Education School Health Program.
She has worked In this capacity for the past three and a
half years and Is doing a remarkable job. Prior to em
ployment in Duplin County she worked at the U.S. Naval
Hospital In Camp Lejeune for six and a half years after
|s having received a B. S. degree In Nursing from A. and T.

Rebecca is a native of Rose Hill, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Mack Henry. She Is married to Alexander L. Judge
and they have three daughters. Sheila 12. Beverly 7. students
in Beulavllle school and Brenda 4 of the home. They make
their home at Route 1, Beulavllle.
Serving as secretary of District 27 of the North Caro
< Una State Nurses' Association Mrs. Judge Is also state
chairman of the School Nurse Branch and serves on the
Advisory Committee to the Council on Practice.
Mrs. Judge has been very active with the Mental Health
Committee now functioning in die county and is serving as
a member of the mental Health Board for Duplin County.
She enjoys sewing, deep sea fishing and helping others.
The first two she states that she does whenever she gets
;^T a chance, and for the latter the opportunity is always present,
Rebecca adds, "I quite agree with Albert Schwelrser, the
renowned missionary-physician, who stated, 'Reverence for

list. His children are J. W.
(Jake) Aycock, Jr., and Mrs.
Carley Gibson both of Wallace

very - special grandchildren.
Since retirement, he and Mrs.
Aycock spend a great deal of
time at the beach. Hehas plenty
of "loafing" time now that the
family owned business is oper
ated by his son Jake and son
in-law W. A. (Hoot) Gibson.
A native of Freemont Mr. Ay
cock came to Wallace in 1952
and founded the broiler-breeder
hen-feed mill operation. He
also owns farming interest in
Pender and Onslow County. Du
plin County is indeed fortunate
to have been chosen as a location
for this family and the industry
they have provided.

"Tar Heels"!
CALIFORNIA CHICKEN
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 cup raw rice
6 chicken breast halves
1 can mushroom soup
2 1/2 cups water or chicken
broth
Sprinkle onion soup mix over
bottom of 17 x 13 x 2 - inch
buttered pan. Sprinkle rice
evenly in pan. Lay chicken
on top of rice. Dilute mushroom
soup with water or chicken
broth; pour over chicken. Dot
with butter. Bake, uncovered,
at 325 degrees for 1 hour and
30 minutes.
