Add onion without removing dish from oven, if possible. Stir quickly. and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir again and add mushrooms. Cook on high for 2 minutes. Add creamed butter and flour, stirring well. Add sour cream and stir qptil thoroughly mixed. Sprinkle tarragon on top. microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring once. Add paprika, salt and pepper to taste Serves 4. . . |
