ROASTED PEANUTS ? 99I neechi APPLE CIDER gal. s1.5? fresh BRUSSEL SPROUTS ?ip 99? f FRESH TOMATO DAKE t 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, divided 2 onions, sliced 2 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs 8 medium tomatoes, peeled and quartered 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon dried leal basil 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese Heat 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet; add onion and brown lightly; reserve. In 6 table spoons butter, lightly brown bread crumbs; reserve M * tomatoes with salt, pepper, sugar and basil. In a buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish, H layer the tomatoes ana onions, starting with the tomatoes Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Bake in a 350*F oven for 25 minutes. Sprinkle the cheese' over tomatoes and bake another 5 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
