Fox-Whaley Vows Spoken Bonnie Lou Whaley of 3 Grove Court, Jacksonville, and Dr Raymond Morris Fox Jr. of 205 Bayshore Boule vard West, Jacksonville, were united in marriage at three o'clock on Saturday, February 19th at the Infant of Prague Catholic Church in Jacksonville. Msgr. Francis K O'Brien officiated at the ceremony. The bride, who was given tn marriage by her family, was escorted to the altar by her stepfather, Elmer Whit field of Deep Run. She is the (laughter of Mrs. Pearl Whit field of Deep Run and the late Walter R. Sanderson. The groom is the son of Mr and Mrs. R.M. Fox of Ripley, Tennessee. For her wedding, the bride chose an ecru two-piece gown styled in a Victorian manner. The skirt was tiered of seven laces and ribbon. A high-necked overblouse featured vertical laces and ribbons and full sheer sleeves of point'd esprit lace ending in a self-ruffle. She chose a picture hat covered in matching laces and ribbon. Her bouquet was a Silk cascade of dusty rose and white roses with dusty pink lilies and daisies accented with sprigs of pearls Betty Hudson of Jackson ville served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Angela R. Dail of Jackson ville, daughter of the bride, and Pat Sanderson of Beula .ville, sister-in-law of the tiride. The matron of honor -and the bridesmaids were attired in formal gowns of . rose matte jersey featuring fitted bodices below a por trait neckline to which a cape-effect was attached It was elbow-length In front extending to waist-length in the back and was bordered in matching Cluny lace. Their flowers were colonial bou quets of dusty rose and white roses with dusty pink lilies and daisies. Their hairpieces were dusty rose roses with dusty pink lilies and daisies The flower girt was Sarah Strickland ot Jacksonville. She was attired in an off white dress of cotton batiste with a french hand-sewn look of puffed sleeves and ac cented with lace She carried a basket of dusty rose and white roses with dusty pink lilies and daisies. Her hair piece was of dusty rose roses with dusty pink lilies and daisies accented with ribbon. The ringbearer was Carlton R. Oail of Jacksonville, son of the bride. Dr L. Ashe Harrison of Jacksonville served as best man. Ushers were James S. Fox of Jacksonville, son of the groom, and Anthony Sanderson of BeulaviMe, brother of the bride. Greeters were Mrs. Maria Harrison and Philip Fox, both of Jacksonville. The organist, Claudette Little and soloist, Kim Kahler, rendered a program of wedding music consisting of My Tribute, Truly, There is Love, The Lord's Prayer and Ave Maria. The bride is a nursing graduate of Coastal Carolina Community College. The groom received his A B. degree from Princeton University and his M.D. degree from Vanderbilt Uni versity. The couple is self-em ploved in the practice of obstetrics and gynecology in Jacksonville. Reception The reception was held immediately following the ceremony at the Jacksonville Country Club. The guests were entertained by Ron Griffin at the organ and greeted by Bonnie Bobo and Katie Holland. Shower A lingerie shower was given for the bride by her mother, Mrs. Pearl Whitfield and Mrs. Pat Sanderson at the home of the bride's grandparents.
